We are a trouple (just friends, nothing Notty Notty) 3 of us, (heterosexual men) working as advocates.
We’re looking for a very spacious, well ventilated 3 BHK. We’ve just started out our journey as advocates and are yet to make any substantial amounts and that’s probably why we’re looking for a 3 BHK anywhere in the middle of MG Road (where two of us work) and Sarjapur (where another of us work) for a limited budget of 45K and a reasonable deposit (max: 1.5 lakhs - 3months rent).
In summary:
Rent: 40-45k/per month (anything less would be really helpful)
Deposit: 1.5 lakhs (maximum we can stretch)
Location: Koramangala, Domlur, Shanthi Nagar, Silk Board, BTM Layout
Parking: 3 bikes (one electric - requires a charging point)
Preferred move in date: mid June or even 1st of June.
