I normally shot my MarkIV 22LR supressed. I dont keep the supressor on the gun unless and I am using it. I lost the thread protector over the weekend, ordered some replacements. Should I be worried about the extra lenght on it.

Threads on barrel 0.4" lng

Protector is 0.6" lng
