DIY flowers - need help knowing how much to order

Hello! I am DIYing my flowers for my backyard wedding. I want to create bridesmaid bouquets (three), boutonnieres (four), a bridal bouquet, something small to decorate the ends of aisles (apx 12), centerpieces in vases (9 tables), and a swag for the arch. I am not sure how much I need to order - I'm using Costco and a whole sale flower site. I have 66 hydrangea stems, 80 stems double stock, 60 stems delphinium (petite not the huge kind), 8 bunches gypsophila xlence, 100 green filler stems, and 35 stems spray stock. Is this enough... I have asked chat GPT and it seems like it's enough but I wanted to check with people who have actual experience and not be entirely reliant on AI. I will really appreciate any insight/input! Thank you

High Tea recommendations?

I am going to Vancouver for my Bachelorette party with three friends, and as part of the day I want to go to High Tea. I have been looking around and have gotten lots of conflicting information about which places have the best food and the *fanciest* vibe (we're planning on wearing hats and gloves and looking pretty fancy). Does anyone have opinions on which High Tea in Vancouver has the best food, but also has food options that are vegan and gluten free? I also don't want to go anywhere that is too noisy. Thanks!
