I'm just theorizing, but the black Friday sale usually offered attractive discounts for the six-month subscriptions. It's been about 6 months since black Friday, so I guess plans have expired and many haven't renewed? The black Friday sale started a few weeks before black Friday itself. I've had a steady decline over the past few weeks, with a lot of my formerly new students having not booked me in the last 2 weeks. That said, I've gained 3 new regulars who said that they can no longer book their normal tutor due to them now having Pro Status, so I guess there's that. It was nice to have them fill the gaps in my schedule.

Yes. Maintained a perfect 100% rating for 2 years solid only to get f---ed over by new students in the last 2 months. Now I'm sat at 97% and can't qualify for Pro. Edit: When Cambly rolled out their Pro program a few months ago, I saw a tutor with an 83% positive rating 🙏🏻
