I’m trying to remember a movie from maybe late 90’s or early 2000’s. it starts off in a desert with people opening a chamber for some kind of artifact. and short after a villain enters with some kind of ring that emits some kind of smoke that makes people pass out. i also remember at some point there is a chase scene and large amounts of a paint like substance is thrown all over people
please help i dont know much more about the movie
