So, week 2 of being on 10mg of Prozac and it is almost completely numb during intimacy. Girlfriend was giving me head and I could barely feel anything. Once I peaked I fully lost feeling and couldn't even feel that I had peaked, only the build up. She had said she didn't even feel me peak either. Now I know Prozac can cause decreased libido, but numbness?

I do also have an untreated UTI at the moment, which I have dealt with in the past plenty of times (currently talking to my doctor about WHY I'm getting them so often), but I've never dealt with numbness with one.

Is this because of the Prozac, UTI or a combination?

Ps. I am AFAB, no surgery if this is important information.

I have only been on Prozac for maybe 8 days. Mostly good things emotion wise, however I have been having excruciating migraine-like headaches very frequently, and tiredness like you would not believe. I was already pretty tired after working recently, but this was the cherry on top. Now whenever I get home all I want to do is sleep and sometimes battle with the headache on certain days. Neither of these were things I were warned about, and I was wondering if these are normal. And if they are, are they permanent? Might be a deal breaker if so

Started Prozac about a week ago and I'm noticing very severe pains in my legs typically at night. They feel like what I'd call growing pains as a kid. They are very bad and cause me to toss and turn a lot hoping it'd go away. Has anyone else experienced this? Will it go away? I can feel a positive mood change lightly already so I'm hoping I don't need to switch
