Hey need some advice. For a written exercise I uploaded the wrong doc by accident before the deadline (mostly an ok doc but had mistakes in it). Then I emailed them 10 mins after the deadline to explain the situation, this time with the correct doc (only realised a bit later!!). Do you reckon they’ll consider my submission before the deadline, or after? Will I be penalised?

so I have been fortunate enough to receive a family paralegal offer at a small high street firm. it will process to a TC if I carry on with the firm.
I also have several vac schemes at US firms. im able to take 2 weeks annual leave when I start, so can pick one of the vac schemes. the one I’m picking takes 15/30 trainees. the other takes 2/18. do I abandon the other altogether. for reference I’m non law with no pgdl. I haven’t converted any previous vac scheme so am unsure of whether the vac scheme route is even worth it any more. paralegalling feels much safer.
or - do I reject the job offer and do both vac schemes, hoping for the best. then if I don’t convert - self fund the pgdl?
i dont know whether the vac schemes and biglaw is worth the struggle. I know it’s loads of money but will I be better off mental health wise at a high street firm?
let me know in the comments what I should do
