I lost $10k USD. Its my whole account. I honestly grinded that slowly and out of nowhere I tried leveraging higher than what I normally do. With one lost in that leverage, I kept repeating it to make it back until I lost it all. I honestly can't control myself that time, I just did. I know its stupid but now I'm lost.... can't stop thinking about it, when I'm at home, at my job, it brings me down. What advice do you have? Stop trading for a moment? I
