Advice for a New buyer ?
My situation: currently living with family, with my boyfriend and 1 year old. I am trying to get a mobile home but it would be financed under only me (my bf has bad credit he is working on) we need out of living with family it’s not good for us anymore. we have been looking at mobile homes. The only one I can get financed for myself is the Tru Birch home (I believe Clayton home is the manufacturer) I have heard HORROR stories and I am scared to go through with it but renting seems like a waste to me. We would be putting it on family land so no cost for that. Home is financed for 300 months at 10% interest for $75,000 . Help me with this decision. I want a house for my family but also don’t want to end up in a bad situation with a bad cheap mobile home? Help!!!!
