Pain after workout

I've had back pain for about 9 years now (started when i was 17) when i take a cold shower, when i knead dough, when i cook something and stand for a long time, washing dishes, and hunched over puzzles sometimes. But recently i did a right angled reverse crunch without focusing on my core and the momentum drove my legs all the way over my head and almost to the ground unfortunately and it hurt so bad i couldn't stand straight (though i do it anyway) but heating pads, cream and oils, hot showers or pills aren't helping it at all i don't know why it's suddenly so bad, normally i just lay down on the floor and the pain goes away instantly but if i do anything like a cobra stretch or blanket under lower back it's blinding pain. Only hunching over gives me some relief. I went to physiologists but they told me it's irritated and to do gentle stretches and it'll go away but it isn't getting better it has been almost 4 days i wanna cook and workout again in life.
