I am a solo private practice therapist and provide superbills to clients so I understand technically I could be audited but the chances are fairly low and what I provide is at my discretion. With that said....other PP therapists who are out of network - how detailed are your notes and treatment plans? I'm trying to find the line of sanity/CYA/good practice and am curious how others do it.
