If you can take a photo of a shelf and give it to AI then your inventory problems are solved! Right?

I have a few different projects served at a few different domains. It feels like email is the bottleneck as it creates management overhead and for a lot customer channels (Reddit, ticktock, YouTube) you need a new email account for each. How do you all manage it?
