I am 34f have 470k in liquid assets - (Traditional 401k - 340k

Roth IRA - 50k

Brokerage 45k

Crypto 35k )

Precious metals 60k

Real estate 450k - (Rental home equity 200k
owe 60k in rental property mortgage ends after 10 years
If we consider principal it is giving 575/m just cash returns is 125/m after property management fee

Current home I own is having 115k mortgage ends in 10 years and the equity that I have on it is 250k)

I don’t have any other debts

Currently I am making 9k/m after tax and after 401k contributions but I want to take low stress job

My expenses 4k/m

And the new job I am thinking to take makes just 5k/m after tax

When can I retire?
