Vision Problem due to vitamin b12 deficiency ??

There is this constant thing happening with me, i was low on vitamin b12 from years, and i did the full body check up, everything was fine except the vitamin d and b12.
Vitamin d : 7.8
vitamin b12 : 93
(this tests were done in february, i.e. 3 months back)

I took supplements for 2 months regularly and again did the test after 2 months (i.e in april).
this time :
Vitamin d : 140 (a little bit higher)
vitamin b12 : 360 (good)

then stopped taking the supplements, then exactly after one month, i.e. May (this month), I again did the test.
this time :
Vitamin d : 107 (which i good as i want to lower it than 100, as higher than 100 can cause toxicity)
vitamin b12 : 135 (which dropped from 360)

As you can see that first the vitamin b12 was 93, then 360 and now again 135.

Main problem : I have many symptoms like little dizziness, speaking diffuculty, heavy throat feeling most of the time, little bit forgetfullness, but main is EYES problem.

My eyes looses out the focus again and agian one their own and i have to regain the focus with manual concious effort agian and again, it feels like my optic nerve is damaged (not sure),
also sensation around the eyes and in the forhead whenever the looses out the focus.

This eye thing is very frustrating, can't do a thing with calm mind. Even just after waking up this happens again and agian without using the phones and screen, etc.

It's not dry eyes or binocular vision, or any convergence insuffiencey or power problem, as i have checked that my eyes are 6/6 in term of the power.

Is this eye problem also happening with you guys? need guidance?? It will be very very helpful.
I am starting again the 1500mcg vitamin b12 tablet to level up my levels.
