Has anyone experienced receiving a letter from one of the major banks requiring company information such as ACN Abn which they already have through asic search and abr but when you try to call the bank over several attempts they keep you on hold for more than 1 hour and hang up the phone is this normal very strange also the customer cannot go to a branch to ID about the company
