I am a hydraulics engineer in the Midwest and currently my office has been experiencing a slowdown in work. I guess some projects are winding down and clients aren’t putting out too many new ones. I’ve been very consistently busy since I’ve gotten here so I haven’t experienced this before. How do you all handle a slowdown at work? And does work tend to vary in intensity overtime?
