What actually helped your dark circles on deep skin tone? (under $30 pls 😭)

I’ve had super dark under eyes for years and I feel like nothing really works. Mine are more brown/grey and also look hollow so I always look tired even when I sleep okay.

I have Indian medium-brown skin and I’m looking for products under $30 that ACTUALLY made a visible difference for you guys.

Especially looking for:

- pigmentation/brown dark circles

- hollow/tired eyes

- products that work on deeper skin tones

I’m considering:

- caffeine serums

- retinol eye creams

- vitamin C

- peach/orange color correctors

Would love realistic suggestions and honest experiences because I’m broke and don’t want to waste money
