Hi everyone, I’m an active player & a coach with a peak rating of 2260 FIDE Classical, having represented my country in a world youth chess olympiad besides having won national youth chess championships. My students have achieved 2100+ Fide rating. Now, I’m accepting new students.

My structured, practical, tournament oriented coaching focuses on:

  • Pawn structures (arising from different openings) & typical plans (piece exchange, typical pawn break & piece manoeuvres etc.)
  • Strategy (General must-know & specialized for openings and it's middlegames)
  • Positional play & imbalances (piece activity, weak squares, coordination)
  • Thinking processes
  • Calculation principles
  • Practical Endgames
  • Tournament skills (time management, psychology, practical play)

The aim is to build strong understanding so one can approach tournament appropriate opening repertoire based on a mix of ideas and theory rather than solely memorising variations.

Some of my recent student results:

  • 1900 → 2100+ FIDE
  • 1200 → 1800 FIDE
  • 1700 → 2000+ FIDE
  • Unrated → 1700+ FIDE as their initial rating

My personalised 1:1 sessions will offer:

  • Finding out the weakness (after extensively analysing the student's tournament games)
  • Game analysis & feedback
  • Training materials and homework exercises (PGNs, books, videos)
  • Sharing theoretical insights, building a suiting opening repertoire

Session details:

  • 1:1 online sessions (Google Meet)
  • 25 euro's per hour
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Time zone: CEST (UTC+2)

If anyone is interested or has any questions, feel free to reach out/DM me. Thanks.
