I’ve been a fan since their JYPn days because I was eagerly waiting for Lily to finally debut after watching her season of K-POP Star. It really made me sad to watch the response to their debut, but I understood it wasn’t for everyone. I loved(still do) O.O and have loved everything they’ve put out, so I’m super excited for their comeback.

I tend to put myself in an NMIXX bubble when they’re about to come back so I’ve been watching old clips of them, and one that made me realize that I was curious if it has changed now, was a clip of the cast of Amazing Saturday having to decipher the lyrics of LMLT. When the host was trying to get the cast to guess who the artist was, no one but Key and a couple others really even knew who NMIXX was. Even watching the clip of Lily on the Masked Singer, when someone mentioned that she was from a group “N” that debuted in 2022, people automatically thought of NewJeans. Again, fair, because at the time, NewJeans took the world by storm and NMIXX was in the rookie class with so many groups with enormous success from the jump.

I just am curious to see if anyone knows how this has changed as the girls got so much success from BV.
