Well well well, I don’t really vibecode anymore — mostly because I feel like I still have to own the code, and I need to be accountable for it at work.

Code ownership, comprehension debt, and the satisfaction of building stuff myself changed my POV away from hyperoptimized agentic workflows and more toward extending and improving myself — not just my output, if that makes sense.

Just like a smartphone is an extension of ourselves. We are already cyborgs, somewhat.

So the question now is: how do you improve the human workflow with AI?

How do we make it frictionless enough that doing this feels better than managing 12 parallel agents?

How do we make sure we can reach flow states again — working on tasks challenging enough in a field we’re competent in, so we get that effortless problem-solving/learning state instead of constantly context-switching?

What IDEs do you use?
What autocomplete do you use? GitHub Copilot, Kilo Code, Junie, etc.?
What other tools do you use?
And how do you make everything as frictionless as possible, so you stay in flow?
