I notice that they get red and itchy/irritated after I am doing something that requires me to be in water (washing dishes, swimming, etc). they are less red than this picture now but they are obviously still there and bumpy. they used to be on the backs of my hands but they are now on my forearms and lower wrist. I am going to ask my dermatologist about it soon.
