I got a letter in the mail from The Loan Exhange offering me to refinance to 4.875% rate and they cover all closing costs. Does anyone know if this is legit?
They said they are offering me this deal due to me being a homeowner in good standing. They said there are no closing costs. Im currently with Rocket Mortgage with a 6.125 rate.
Has anyone had experience with The Loan Exchange? Is this a scam or is this real?
