Which Midcap is best?

I want to invest in midcap funds but a little confused. Here are a few of my options:

- ICICI Prudential Nifty Midcap 150 ETF (Groww now allows to set up ETF as SIP - thought it might be better cause ETFS have lower expense ratios than Mutual Funds?)

- ICICI Prudential Midcap Direct Plan Growth (Mutual Fund)

- WhiteOak Capital Mid Cap Fund Direct Growth (or other Mutual Funds like HDFC too, open to suggestions)

My other holdings currently are -

- Aditya birla Sun Life Medium Term Plan Direct Growth

- Nippon India Index Fund Nifty 50 Plan Direct Growth

- Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund Direct Growth

- Bandhan Small Cap Fund Direct Growth

my risk appetite is moderate-high, and I am investing to save up, and probably will keep it in the mutual fund for 4-5 years. all intended to be SIP, and I use the Groww app.

Assistance with navigating the MBA process?

Hi Everyone,

Sorta my first actual post here, so forgive me if the formatting is off.

Context:

I am a GEM, and graduated in 2025. I want to pursue my MBA, but the more I read on reddit, the more i get confused whether it makes sense to apply this year (for a 2026 intake) or wait another year to build more work ex.

My background:

10th - 98.8% and 12th - 99.2 % (Both CBSE)

Undergrad (Tier 1 State University in Tamil Nadu - CEG, Anna University, CSE) - 9.69/10 CGPA

Currently, I work at a German IT MNC (started as an intern, then became a full time employee in July 2025).

My question:

I know I want to pursue my MBA, but online sources keep pointing to me needing more work experience before I apply. My question would be, given my acads and background, what would be your realistic advice for

a) Applying to indian B-schools (which ones, which exams, what I would need to do to stand out), and if any have programs/scholarships for people who are relatively young/ dont have >2 years of work ex

b) Applying to MBA schools abroad, with the same set of questions as above, the biggest factor here being if there are specific courses geared/more accepting of those who have work ex similiar to how much I have, and if there are any scholarships.

Last, if you have recommendations apart from an MBA, but along the same route, I would be happy to incorporate that!

Thank you so much :)

Cheers
