HOT take: Ikrans deserve more screen time

I do understand that these films are already quite long, but even a couple of seemingly insignificant moments with them (take, for example, the rescue of Neytiri by Sa'ata - that is even a significant moment) added zest to the plot.

How many of us think these two played their roles more than 100%?

Well, for me, this isn't even a discussion - it's a statement of fact once again)

Who still wants to see her without makeup?

Okay, "Varang with no clothes"-fans. Imagine her now with no her Mangkwan face paint and headdress, how about that? I personally still like her, despite the baldness)

It's not that I dislike her original design, quite the contrary, but I think seeing her without makeup at least once in the next film would be a powerful moment, not only from an aesthetic standpoint, but also from a story perspective, since it's her most vulnerable point.

How would you like her story to end?

For her to die in pain, or for her to live happily ever after, married Quaritch maybe, who knows? That's actually a weird question, I mean, we don't even know how her story began, but we still can have some ideas for its ending, can't we?

HOT take: I don't want Eywa to save the Earth

There's a popular theory about how, in the final film, Kiri and/or Neytiri travel to Earth, plant some seed of Eywa's, and magically restore its nature, returning humanity to their great mother.

But I think that ending makes no sense: humans essentially attacked the Na'vi, and now only the Na'vi can save them? Going to Earth—yes, forgiving, understanding, and helping—is possible, but solving all their problems for them with a snap of a finger—that's not how it works. It's not Kiri or Eywa's job to save humanity and nature: their job is only to guide them on the right path, but humans always open their own eyes. Only they can save their planet, which they themselves destroyed. Yes, it won't be easy or quick. Instead of one powerful seed from Pandora, they'll have to replant millions of seedlings, tend to them for years, and it's not a given that all of them will survive in that poisoned soil. However, the combined efforts of all people and Na'vi who volunteered to help them should pay off over time, and perhaps future generations will be able to live in a green world.

Moreover, in my opinion, the franchise could very well have an open ending, symbolizing hope for a better future, but without an absolute guarantee, since that depends only on us.

What kind of ending to the franchise would you like to see?

Okay, the first and second films ended with Jake's eyes opening, the third one with a view from space, and what about the very last one (the fifth, I guess)? Any ideas?

Who wants to see her in human clothes?

I mean, it would be a wonderful cultural exchange between the Sky People and Mangkwan: Quaritch gives Varang weapons, she gives him drugs. He starts wearing Mangkwan paint, so why shouldn't she at least try on the Recom uniform? Plus, which way do you think the scales will tip: Quaritch becoming more Na'vi or Varang becoming more Sky People? Personally, I think it's a battle draw in that regard.

What's your the most underrated character?

There's probably such a thing as "criminally underutilized character" among us. For me, there are actually three.

The first, Lyle Wainfleet, truly has enormous potential. He already played a significant role in the plot, killing the Neytiri's ikran in the first film, cutting T'sutey's kura in a deleted scene, killing Neteyam in the second film, and, apparently, surviving all the destruction of the third film. His doubts about Quaritch's actions throughout all of this have been growing; just remember his distrustful look at him with Varang. This could give him the chance or the desire to take his place in future films, to turn against him if he betrays the RDA to join Mangkwan and bring the RDA to a truly advanced level of defense, transforming it from a resource extraction company into a sophisticated army (at least replacing the helicopter windows with bulletproof ones, for starters). In my opinion, he's well-deserving of his own storyline and further development of his internal conflicts: RDA or Ash Clan, RDA or Quaritch, acting like a human or a Na'vi, who to trust, whether to continue serving someone like a dog or take his destiny into his own hands. P.S.: If Quaritch becomes more attracted to Varang in the future than he initially anticipated, Lyle more than likely going to hate her – here we go, another interesting line)

The next character, Ikeyni, is a brilliant warrior and strategist. Seeing her team up with Neytiri or dueling with Varang would definitely be something captivating and worth watching. P. S.: More screen time for the East Sea clan, more TIME, it has such a beautiful location!

And lastly, Omatikaya's new Olo'ektan, Tarsem. It would be great to see more of how he handles his leadership responsibilities.

What do you say: who do you want to see more of?

I want to see them both dancing in fire

Varang's dance really was memorable and HOT, and now, when Quaritch goes his own "Jake's way", he would perfectly complement her in every move) Just imagine Mangkwan dancing around the fire, welcoming another leader equal to their tsa'hik. In short, twice as many crazy people means twice as much crazy beauty and twice as much danger in the plot. Even if one of them eventually betrays the other, I want to see them have a blast before that happens, something along the lines of "I will eat your heart...", you know 🫀🔥

What about a Flowering period on Pandora? Part III

Okay, now I was just wondered if something between a flowering, bioluminescent, and "northern light" spirit tree in future snow Na'vi region (if it'll be, of course) would be a bad idea 🪼🌺

What about a Flowering period on Pandora? Part II

Recently, I've shared the Pandorian springtime visual influencing aspect with you, even if it's not explored enough.

However, it'd be perfectly contrast with Mangkwan surroundings. To be honest, they weren't disclosed enough for me in the last movie either, despite its long running time. That's why I believe to see them more, and I mean everything, but especially, their routine. Just as we met Omatikaya in the first film, we are supposed to get to know Mangkwan better. We, spectators, learned to "see" the positive characters 'cause they were always close to us. How can we see these damn Mangkwan killers if they're still far away? (I hope you understand what I mean - it's not about physical distance).

BTW, this could be done, in particular, with a flashback to the Varang's past: show us their blooming forest before the fire (I still can't help but think how mesmerizing the falling petals would look in 3D). Plus, it would add another parallel to the "hypnotic" effect: first it was about something spring-like and alive (not necessarily positive, here we aren't talking about the level of kindness of the tribe, but about the level of beauty of their area), then - drugs, ash, AFAA, you know)

P. S.: Definitely unexpectable photo, even for me, and there will be "Part III", I guess

What about a Flowering period on Pandora? Part I.

Hello everyone!

Well, I think no one would dispute the sublime beauty of the world Pandora has created.

However, the last two films have devoted far more time to war than beauty, and that's precisely why I'd like the next one to focus on something like a "Pandorian spring." Surely there should be similar seasons there, a period when flowers bloom on the trees (and there are plenty of them).

And yes, while water, oceans, and all that are wonderful, the last few films have been literally overflowing with water, so sometimes there's a sore lack of forest. Plus, the last two, unlike the first, were dedicated to the theme of family, and that's wonderful, but now the franchise, in my opinion, lacks the atmosphere of the first three minutes of ATWOW: "just the two of us, no kids." A springtime setting would perfectly compensate for the main characters' off-screen moments of happiness, wouldn't it?

P. S. : This is my first post) And sorry for my clunky English, it's not my first language. We all started somewhere anyway
