So, do you think that the developers were trying to acclimate the fandom to a more feminine female lead so they can introduce a full on female lead in a future game, basically making a Yuri Sakura wars?

I'm asking this because they really push the Shinjiro femboy propaganda with these OVAs, not in relationship to Shinjiro's personality mind you, also the fact that Shinjiro is Bisexual made me think that they could try to introduce a male romance route in a future game and they dip their toes in the concept with Subaru.

Also I think Shinjiro got a full mental breakdown after all the events on the OVA and peppermint became a different personality, hahahahaha.

Before anything, I'm not saying it in a sexual way so wipe that from your head, ok?

In her story we learn that her and her father travel around doing shows and that when she performs well she gets food, no claps no food, at first I thought that her father was punishing her, ergo being abused because starving a child is definitely abused, do we agree?

But then I thought, perhaps he didn't give her food because he didn't have any, they were traveling performers, basically homeless, so perhaps they gain money by doing those shows and when they couldn't get money they couldn't eat, and he gave her lots of food when they make some money to make up for not being able to feed her before.

It will also make sense given that she manages to survive on her own, and lives like a wanderer, making a camping site in the warehouse, her father taught her how to live without a proper house.

So you think I'm wrong or missing something?

Overall it was a great experience even if I didn't understand everything, the fight scenes in episode 5 were great and episode 6 was pure Sakura Wars ending chapter, Amazing, besides the girls calling Shinjiro's gay ass at the end was the cherry on top, hahahahahah

I started watching the OVAs of SWV and I'm dying of laughter, I can't understand everything but I manage to catch a couple words and the context is pretty clear, they seriously find any excuse to have Shin in a dress huh? My favorites are the date with Diana, girl got a awakening seeing Shin with glasses, them getting lingerie for him at the end of episode 1, the breakfast part of episode 2 and the fight in episode 3, and everything about episode 4, shins mom is a riot and very progressive by accepting his trans daughter (hahahahaha) as far I can understand Tutankamon as an antagonist is OK, I think he has more personality than Nobunaga but I'm glad they cut this part from the game because this would have made the story there weird by having 2 main bad guys, I still need to watch episodes 5 and 6 but so far it has been a good experience, man I miss these characters

I know the writer has a massive catalog of Yuri I just can't prove it, Also they really let the gooners out with this one, huh?

I bought this in may and they just got here today and that was because I had to call a 3rd party to pick it up in the capital, never again I wanna deal with the government postal service, but I'm happy 😊

So in Sakura wars 5 we are sent away from Japan, to the United States, a place full of history with wars and many conflicts with many leaders and the main bad guy is...... Oda Nobunaga a Japanese warlord, bruh...

Ok. So if you had to pick a historical figure in America's history to be the new main bad guy, who would you pick?

My choice would be Robert E. Lee, having come back from the dead bay making a pact with Satan he would come to reclaim his vengeance over the United States and make the south rise again

Am I the only one that thought Sunnyside was going to be a twist villain? Like I learn to like the guy but in my first playthrough I swear to God I kept expecting him to turn on us or something because bro was low-key giving me those vibes of the quirky character that turns out to be evil

Sooo, am I the only one that thinks the game focus way too much on Sakura Amamiya? Like I know she's the main heroin but even then she felt more like the center of the universe, she has a huge part in the whole plot, she has dynamics with many characters, like Hatsuho, Anastasia and Seijuro, she also has many side characters specific to her like her master and her father, her mother is key to the whole story, honestly saying she outshine the other girls would be a understatement, it doesn't help that only Claris and Azami had proper chapters leaving Hatsuho as another side character attach to her, I don't hate her but the writing felt like it was very clear to who should I be with, anyways I pick Hatsuho 😛
