A friend is visiting Germany, currently in Berlin. I want to ask them to buy an entry knife for me. Buy I am not sure what would be a good idea or budget? My absolute upper range would be 90 euro or 100USD.

There are some 50 euro zwilling and 90 euro wustof, but I am finding mixed reviews for everything.

Also ikea is showing the same steel for 10-15 usd in my country (India).

I really liked a Miyabi nakiri but 160 is seriously pushing it :(

I do not want a soft steel, since I already own a Santoku and a Brazilian cleaver.
