EL level staff making inappropriate jokes about murdering people?
Moved into a new team which has a very casual very uneducated and rough feel. the EL staff swear, circulate mystery pills and make a lot of comments (eg. race, politics, weight loss, surgery) and at times inappropriate jokes and remarks including references that they might have or wanted to murder people in their past? Is this appropriate? The culture is supported by SES to the point where some of these are even written into teams chats
