Where to find good unbiased gear reviews?
I used to watch a YouTube channel that was pretty good at giving honest feedback about gear and giving pros and cons. And you could tell the reviewers were giving first hand experience.
Well, that channel has now turned into generic regurgitation of a brand product catalogue and you can tell they are literally just saying what the brand says on their website and in product catalogues. They say what specs changed “per the brand” but don’t give any valuable information on the actual changes. I don’t know, I guess some people like that but I don’t give a shit if they got rid if 0.5 grams of material or made a little tweak in the bridle if it can’t tell me how it affected the actual flying of the kite (and not what the brand says it affects).
Anyways, where do you get your unbiased reviews from? And anyone else sick of the generic content being put out?
