I dislike survivalists
More specifically noob. The game is intended to be about teamwork, where the survivors help each other, and through the power of friendship, win against the killer. The survivalist role works against that.
Sentinels are suppose to hold back the killer from stuns/knocking the killer back, be ok in chase, and when on cooldown do gens. Supports are meant to debuf the killer and buff/heal survivors, and when on cooldown do gens. Survivalists are meant to do gens, and be strong in a solo chase. I feel like survivalists are bad because their primary goal is to do something that every other survivor can do already. Vee is the only true exception to this, because, they uniquely benefit from gens, and after gens are done, the character is designed to make you want to be a pseudo sentinel, by adding to your effective hp, and as a bonus, they are not leeching pizzas and medkits. N7 is really on the edge of being something I dislike (mostly due to how fun they are for me) with being able to jankly body block the killer with clones, and them being near useless against slasher. Noob on the other hand can only "help" the team by body blocking, which is something guest does better anyways, and 99% of them just sit in a corner emoting, while farming malice, without the complaints that a guest doing the same would get.
I have 2 ways this could be fixed. Make survivalists actually useful to the team, an idea I have is to give their abilities to other survivors in some way. Vee is fine the way they are, N7 could be able to use gui to teleport survivors (I have seen other people have this idea), and noob could have the ability to give a weaker bloxy to other survivors (maybe like speed 1 for 7 seconds). Another way is to make survivalists either benefit from, or better at doing gens. A global change could be to make it to where whenever a support completes 4 gen stages (besides builderman), it gains 1x1 area (a standard 6x6 gen becomes 7x7), a sentinel completing 2 gen stages gains 1x1 area, and survivalists and builderman are not effected by it.
In conclusion, noob should get hit by a truck.
