I have been in the office since RTO started last year. Guess who isn’t? Those that live more than 50 miles from a facility with no RA. How is that fair? They should have to move or lose their job. I have to spend a ton just to go to work and they are just relaxing at home without a worry in the world. 203s like this are safe from this whole 30 day hiring navigator role as well. I’m so annoyed by this crap.

Edit: telling me maybe I should quit my job or that I’m pathetic for feeling this way, Doesn’t affect me. I do my job and I do it exceptionally well.
