Backsplash options

Hi I’m struggling to decide where I should end my backsplash in my small kitchen. The countertop is sandwiched between two walls. I can tile directly behind the countertop only (green), turn the corner and end under the front of then the cabinets (blue), or take it all the way to the front of the countertop (red). I’m leaning heavily towards blue as I think the other options are too much/too little. Please advise! And bonus for AI/photoshop renderings of the options. I’m using a rectangular blue/gray tile running horizontally.

Edit: whatever I do, I would do on both sides for symmetry. Sorry if the lines on just one side caused confusion.

Hey everyone. I’m a PT in a small NJ town. My sister recently had a meniscus repair and would like me to see her at the clinic where I am employed. Am I going to run into any issues with the board? I looked through practice act and didn’t see anything to worry about.
