Hi, I'm currently registered for IM WI in September. Unfortunately, I've been struggling with ITBS for the past 4 weeks in my right knee, and I'm starting to think this race is starting to become out of the question. I've been going to physical therapy for about a week, but they're not really giving me anything that I haven't already been doing.

I'll be moving to Hagerstown, MD, so I'll need a new PT anyway. DC is pretty far away, but I'm willing to go anywhere to see someone who has dealt with athletes having ITBS and who is experienced. Also open to the Frederick, MD area, too!
