I’m looking for some native creekside plants because I’m sick and tired of weed eating my creek edges. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I’m sick of weed eating my creek edges and looking for something low growing that doesn’t have to be cut back. I have over 100 yards of creek frontage on a small creek so it can’t be anything too expensive. Anyone have any good suggestions?
