I drive my xj on beach a decent amount and snowy salt roads in winter and don’t wash it enough. I found this rust/rot spot on the driver side rear right above the leaf springs. I’ve also been hearing a rattling sound when going over speed bumps.
My frame is okay with no rust spots. What am I looking at here and how do I fix it
