How many of you ravers would be interested in an apparel store dedicated to rave gear? Thinking of creating a space that you could go to physically and try on outfits, shoes and accessories. Is there already something similar around?
Me and my husband tried to go to the Mary Droppinz show tonight and we got there around 1130. Once we got inside the actual venue there was nowhere to go. I don't believe this venue should be so packed out. Its not safe. I understand wanting to make the money back but after 10 mins of being pushed in front of me and shoved behind me I was over it. I don't understand how being packed together like that is enjoyable. No room to hold your drink, or dance without hitting someone on all sides. This was our third show at this venue and we won't be coming back for another.
I can't even begin to imagine what the exit process would look like during an emergency.
What time should we expect to line up for early arrival for GL? We thought it was Tuesday evening with the rest of early arrival but it looks to be Wednesday at 8am. So people who are coming in at the same time what time are yall going to start lining up and how long should we expect to wait? Im torn between getting there last Tuesday night and waiting in car or getting a hotel, waking early driving the 2-3 hours to get there by the 8 am time.
So I keep hearing the advice that it doesnt matter how expensive the canopy, as long as its heavily staked and weighted it wont fly away. BUT has anyone had any luck with these for the rainstorms? It seems like a good idea to me but I need a veterans opinions.
