Hi all, I have a colonoscopy to remove polyps on 29th May. I will be choosing sedation due to the agonising flex sig I had a couple months ago. Does anyone have any tips for the prep (low fibre food and the actual plenvu prep)? I heard something about putting Vaseline in the area when going to the toilet?

Honestly any help appreciated as I’m very anxious about it.

Overcoming the gastric flu since Tuesday 12th where I’ve had diarrhoea and vomiting. Had a headache since Tuesday 4pm. Trying to drink water and lucozade sport but the headache is not shifting. Painkillers don’t touch the sides. Any advice?
