Small metal ball with MEGA on both sides, suddenly fell onto our kitchen floor while cleaning up dinner.

While cleaning up dinner and putting dishes in the dishwasher, this metal ball with MEGA printed on both sides fell onto the floor with a ping noise. I have no idea where it could have come from or what it is!
