I sold an item as a business and everything was fine, the days passed and after weeks the payout was issued. Now the buyer claims that something is missing and involved customer service.

I will of course be of assistance but I am wondering why catawiki offers the 3 day deadline until the order is closed if they then still threat cancellation etc?

Does anyone here have experience with it?
