I’m a student and just started my clinical rotation at a long-term care facility. I am completely overwhelmed by how much information we have to know for each person. Room numbers, dietary restrictions, who needs a mechanical lift, who prefers their tea with exactly three sugars at 4 PM... my brain is fried. I use Anki and flashcards for my college exams, but how do you guys memorize all this practical, fast-moving stuff on the floor without mixing up patients?
