I have a fingerprint that I use, among other things, to unlock my Xiaomi 14T smartphone. However, when I click on the fingerprint icon to access my online banking, it never works. Could I have configured the fingerprint incorrectly (checked an inappropriate option or unchecked an essential one) during the registration process? Thank you in advance for your help.
