What’s wrong with my Kitasan

Aside from the obvious sin of not having 1200spd/pwr/wit, why does my kitasan always get passed up at the last straight in every single race she’s in this CM?

It’s like her skills do NOTHING when they proc meanwhile everyone else’s skills boost their speed +500 mph

Am I just getting matched up by omega whales every time or something? SURELY I should be getting matched up by people with worse Umas than mine at this point
