I am voting no, (am classroom based ES), but I would like to understand is super paid on the allowances?

Also in terms of tax, will that amount be taxed at a higher rate and then get some back at tax time?

I have seen varying claims about this on the Internet and want to make sure I have the right info when talking to colleagues. I went to the AEU online thing but seemed no opportunity to ask questions.

It seems it shouldn't be so hard to find concrete information on this.

Edit: my understanding is super will be paid but I keep seeing conflicting info.
