Hi all
Last time I noticed last time I payed for the coffee machine at PNR (the one that dispenses cups with no lid)
- I payed $1.60 for a Mocha, and there was a 20c flat fee card surcharge (Which I know isn’t much by all accounts)
BUT THAT IS A 12.5% card surcharge which is crazy - and way higher than anywhere else I’ve ever seen. Not that 20c typically matters for most people, but a company shouldn’t be an making 10% extra on purchases because of a ridiculous surcharge
does someone know where to lodge a complaint ? Or anything we can do?
- and also forgot to add, there is no option to pay with cash, so they make that on every single purchase with no way of avoiding it
