What is the building across from the clinic and why do we never see the inside?

Was is actually the MiY who stopped Father Khatri froming jumping off a bridge so he'd end up in Fromville to save and help Boyd?

Is it possible Fromville changes its building between cycles but couldn't between the last two bc Victor was still there?

Also I realized Jade and Victor were in the bar with the goats and sheep they saved that night and would have listened to and expected both Tien Chen and Boyd to be dead. Idk why I didnt connect that the first time I watched that episode but in my head they were defeated from losing a food source
