I'm a new grad and I don't work in shelter med but I want to be able to volunteer my services in very rural areas for spay/neuter, vaccines, etc. The ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance training program states that only vets who already work in shelter med or HQHVSN programs are eligible to apply. So where else can I go for basically a HQHVSN bootcamp type of training?

Is it safe to wash my dog in the yard with the irrigation water here? I've never lived anywhere with an irrigation system before. I know it's not potable for humans, but how bad is the water quality really?

Anyone have insight on living at the Wesley apartments?
