Cant get Marker stone Stock Redistribution to Level 4
At first i upgraded both Jingyu Valley and Marker stone Stock Redistribution to level 2 and it said Current limit reached for both. But after finishing Chapter 2 Process 6 i am able to make Jingyu Valley Stock Redistribution to level 4 but im still not able to max Marker stone. Am i missing any quests or is it meant to be like this
