I’m not sure if this is where I should ask this.

I suffer from chronic UTIS, very painful ones at that. I’ve tried just about everything you can think of- stopping baths, taking vitamins, chugging water constantly, changing my diet. Nothing works. But I have recently realized that with every UTI I get, my period shows up with it. Could that have anything to do with it or is it just a coincidence?
