Kassel Residences [Foreclosed] Investment: Good Move or Not?

Hello po! Just wanted to get insights from people experienced in rental properties and Airbnb business.
I recently won a PAG-IBIG acquired asset bidding for a studio condo unit in Kassel Residences, Moonwalk Parañaque. Around 28.7 sqm siya and nakuha ko around 2.4M. Based sa listing, unoccupied naman yung unit and accessible siya since near airport and main roads.

I’m currently deciding whether mas okay ba siya for:
• long-term rental
or
• Airbnb / short-term stays

I don’t plan to rely solely on the rental income naman since stable naman salary ko, but I wanted to start venturing into rental property investing while manageable pa yung scale.

For those with experience:

- What should I realistically expect sa condo rental business?
Mas okay ba mag-start muna sa long-term rental before Airbnb?
- Ano usually hidden costs na dapat paghandaan?
Kamusta occupancy and maintenance experience niyo for older condos?

- Worth it pa rin ba ang condo rental business ngayon?
