Guys, my vitamin D level has stayed exactly the same for 2 months. I’ve been taking 5000 IU of D3 along with K2, Omega-3, and butter in the mornings.
Could this be the reason for my constant extreme fatigue?

Hey everyone!
I’ve been taking this Vitamin D3 supplement for about 2 months now, but according to my blood test results, my vitamin D levels haven’t improved at all. Along with it, I also take Omega-3, zinc, and vitamin C.
So now I’m wondering if the supplement itself isn’t effective, or if I might be doing something wrong.
I’ve been dealing with extreme fatigue and feeling very sluggish, especially after meals. I try to maintain a healthy diet — meat, carbs, fiber, etc. — but I still feel unwell most of the time.
My CBC, ferritin, and iron levels are all within the normal range, and I don’t have diabetes.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be or what I should look into next?
