Smiling Politely - Ghosts

Smiling Politely - Ghosts

Hey guys, thought it would be worth sharing my bands latest single with some like minded individuals!

We dropped this nearly 2 months ago, and the feedback we've had so far has been great, some radio plays, featured on twitch streams, and it's steamed ahead of the streams that our previous releases have had.

If you're happy to check it out, we would love your thoughts, feedback and your *gentle* criticism.

Thank you all!

We're running into the issue that a lot of bands in their 30s run into. Organising all 5 members to be free so we can play shows we're offered.

If it's the case of a guitarist or bassist being unavailable, we want to start looking into getting a backtrack of the missing member playing live so we can still go ahead without the absent member and stop missing shows.

Our drummer plays to a click already, with a backtrack in his ears.

Is it simply a case of laptop and soundcard, one output goes to drummer with the click, and the other output goes to FOH with the missing instrument?

How much power would a laptop reasonably need if this was it's only job to do when playing live? Could we get away with minimum reaper requirements?
